Lady Gamecocks Basketball Schedule: When & Where to Watch Next March Madness Game

The South Carolina Gamecocks women's basketball team is about to start their first March Madness round. Here are all the details on when the Lady Gamecocks' next game is and where to watch it online.

The Gamecocks were awarded a number one regional seed for the NCAA Tournament, after sweeping the SEC regular season and tournament championships. In fact, their domination was so strong that head coach Dawn Staley thought they should have been awarded the overall number one seed. She's now determined to " prove the committee wrong," starting on Friday.

The Lady Gamecocks' first March Madness game is Friday, March 21, when they face off against No. 16 Tennessee Tech at the Colonial Life Arena. The game starts at approximately 4 p.m. Eastern, Gamecocks Online shared. You can also watch the game on linear TV on your ESPN channel if you have cable.

The last time the Lady Gamecocks faced the Golden Eagles was in an NCAA Tournament in 1989. The Eagles won in a close 77-73 game. In total, the Gamecocks are 4-2 against the Eagles, according to Gamecocks online.

The second round of games will take place March 23-24.
