Saturday should be an epic day of women's college basketball, as the 2024 Women's March Madness Sweet 16 features some of the best players in the game battling it out on the court in UCLA vs. LSU, Colorado vs. Iowa, Baylor vs. USC and Duke vs. UConn.

And there's no better way to watch all of Saturday's women's March Madness action than with four of our Sweet 16 Best Bets for Saturday. I've run through my betting models for all four of Saturday's games and come away with a best bet for each.

Angel Reese. Lauren Betts. Caitlin Clark. JuJu Watkins. Paige Bueckers. They and many more women's college basketball stars should light it up in the Women's Sweet 16. So let's get to my best bets.

LSU vs. UCLA

Saturday, March 30, 1 p.m. ET, ABC
UCLA +3.5 (BetMGM

UCLA should have an edge on the perimeter as it averages seven 3-pointers compared to just 4.3 for LSU. The Bruins can also neutralize the Tigers' strength on the boards as they lead the country with an opponent total rebound rate of 40.3%.

My model makes LSU closer to a two-point favorite, so we’re getting some value with the Bruins catching 3.5 points at BetMGM.

Colorado vs. Iowa

Saturday, March 30, 3:30 p.m. ET, ABC
Iowa -6.5 (FanDuel
)

The Colorado Buffaloes announced themselves as national title contenders with a 92-78 non-conference win over LSU. Colorado won the game on the perimeter, making 10 3-pointers compared to just four for LSU.

That game was more of an aberration, as Colorado is averaging 6.7 3-pointers this season compared to Iowa’s 11.1 per game.

While we’ve yet to see Iowa play its best game from the perimeter, I think these teams are too far apart, and I recommend laying the 6.5 points with Iowa as a favorite.

Baylor vs. USC

Saturday, March 30, 5:30 p.m. ET, ESPN
Baylor +3.5 (BetMGM
)

This matchup is all about value, as I have USC anywhere from a 1.5 to 2-point favorite.

Baylor’s not getting enough respect for its defensive prowess, considering it ranks 12th in efficiency, allowing 81.1 points per 100 possessions.

And if you like head-to-head comparisons, Baylor has a key non-conference victory over a Utah team that USC lost to by a combined 26 points in two meetings.

Take the points with the Lady Bears at +3.5 or better.

Duke vs. UConn

Saturday, March 30, 8 p.m. ET, ESPN
Over 125 (BetRivers
)

We should have some pace in this game, as both teams average over 70 possessions per game.

Connecticut has played five games against ACC schools this season, and all five went over the current total of 125 points.
