Alabama coaches making brotherhood stronger with players ahead of 2024 season

We did not see this a lot in 17 years under Nick Saban, but Kalen DeBoer has made it part of his culture for Alabama football.

DeBoer’s coaching staff has made it a priority to enhance the brotherhood of the team.

Players are having meals with coaches after practice, especially Sunday dinners. These coaches have opened their homes and personal lives to the athletes, and it’s made players feel more comfortable about the staff. Guys love playing for coaches they can trust, and DeBoer has a staff everyone enjoys being around.
