Scott Cochran is now available on the coaching market after four years at the University of Georgia.
He coached special teams for the Bulldogs from 2020 to 2023, helping the program win back-to-back College Football Playoff National Championships (2021-22) under Kirby Smart.
Cochran resigned his position to pursue other ventures, but will the 44-year-old return to Tuscaloosa, Ala? Several Crimson Tide fans would love to have the booming voice and motivator back in the program. Cochran was the engine behind five of Nick Saban’s six national championships at Alabama in 2009, 2011, 2012, 2015, and 2017. He served as the Director of Strength and Conditioning for the Crimson Tide from 2007 to 2019.
Alabama fans want him to return home, and they shared that thought on social media.
