Alabama football is looking to address any and all disrespect directed towards the Tide ahead of the 2025 season, according to senior defensive lineman Tim Keenan III.
This approach comes during an offseason that has provided the Tide with bulletin-board material, most notably from Florida State’s quarterback, Thomas Castellanos, who boldly stated he ‘don’t see’ Alabama stopping him. Keenan was asked about Castellanos’ comments at SEC Media Days.
“All disrespect will be addressed,” Keenan told reporters at SEC Media Days.
Alabama football’s linebacker, Deontae Lawson echoed Keenan’s statement and gave his thoughts on Castellanos’ statement.
““All disrespect will be handled accordingly,” Lawson said. “Obviously, people are going to say what makes them feel the most confident, but it’s something we can’t really worry about because nothing matters other than what goes on inside those lines. We’ll see when the game gets here. And we’ll prepare and make sure we’re ready for August 30th. And we’ll see him when he gets here.”
The Alabama linebacker also shared the game he is looking forward to the most.
“I will say the game I am most looking forward to its Florida State,” said Lawson.
