LeBron James is one of the greatest and most accomplished athletes in sports history.
As such, multiple players have tried to team up with him at some point in their careers to win a championship.
Nevertheless, Richard Jefferson knows firsthand that it doesn't always feel right. In the latest edition of "Road Trippin," he dug deep on the cons of playing with one of the most competitive players of all time.
"Playing with LeBron sucks," Jefferson said. "Because you're trying to win a championship, and he's one of the most competitive human beings in the history of American sports."
Jefferson continued by pointing out how much work James puts in, so, in contrast, everybody else looks bad.
"It sucks when you're showing up and he's already been practicing for four hours. And you're like, 'oh s--t. When you're watching a film and you mess up a play, and he's like, 'motherf----r, what are you doing?" Jefferson said.

Of course, he didn't mean that as a shot at his former teammate, but rather as a way to put into context just how meticulous he is and how obsessed he is with his craft.
You have to pay a price for greatness, sometimes literally and figuratively, and James is notoriously known for spending over $1.5 million a year to preserve his body, according to SLAM.
It takes more than just talent to be one of the best to ever do it, and if you want to be teammates with him, you better follow his lead and work as hard as he does.
