TEMPE — Arizona State’s Keith Abney II and Kyson Brown celebrated the start of the fall semester on Thursday by going around the Tempe campus to interact with students.
The duo, named “The Barrett Brothers,” asked ASU students a variety of fun questions to engage with them. The purpose was to engage with students on their first day of school and to ask how they feel about the start of the football season.

Abney II and Brown will enter their junior seasons looking to help Arizona State build on last year’s success, which included a Big 12 Conference championship.
Abney II finished the 2024 season with 52 tackles and three interceptions. Brown recorded 351 rushing yards and two touchdowns, along with 189 receiving yards and one touchdown.
Their campus visit marked a lighthearted start to not only the academic year, but the hope of another championship-caliber season.
Arizona State begins its season at home against Northern Arizona University on Saturday, Aug. 30.
