Thomas Goldkamp of On3 has put out the list of the Top 100 players in college football for 2025. Among those players, two players from the Big 12 are ranked in the Top 20: Arizona State quarterback Sam Leavitt and wide receiver Jordyn Tyson, at No. 5 and No. 19, respectively.
Leavitt is one of the top returning quarterbacks this season after leading the Sun Devils to the biggest turnaround in school history.
After going 3-9 in 2023, Leavitt and company rolled to 11 wins and a conference championship in 2024. He accounted for 29 total TDs and posted a 16/2 touchdown-to-interception ratio in the second half of the season, when it counted the most.

Tyson is back for another season in Tempe and will be an even bigger part of the ASU offense in 2025, especially since running back Cam Skattebo was drafted into the NFL. Last season, Tyson caught 75 balls, averaged 15 yards per catch and scored 10 TDs.
The defending Big 12 champs return 18 starters, led by Leavitt and Tyson. The pair has also been recognized as the No. 1 quarterback/wide receiver duo in college football.
Coach Kenny Dillingham has two of the best in college football at their positions this season. Leavitt, Tyson and the rest of the Sun Devils are set up for another for another run at championships, both at a conference and national level.
