This might be a tad ragged.
Texas Tech is missing injured starting QB Behren Morton and several other pieces and coaches, but Arkansas is missing a TON - more on all of that in a moment.
Even so, this is a big deal for both teams.

It’s really, really thin coming into this after losing three starters to the transfer portal along with a slew of backups.
The Texas Tech defense might be awful, but the D line should be relatively intact, and the run defense hasn’t been all that horrible.
Arkansas can throw, but it has to run well to win - it’s 5-1 when running for more than 180 yards, and Texas Tech allowed more than that just twice.

The Hogs are just missing too much.
The O line should be okay, but there’s a disaster waiting to happen if anyone gets dinged. The team will fight the good fight, but there’s a shot it’ll be missing half of its starters.
Texas Tech will hardly be perfect, but the offense will settle in over the course of the game and will start to take control late.
