Mountain Pointe safety and four-star recruit Rylon Dillard-Allen announced his commitment to Arizona State on Monday morning.

Dillard-Allen ranks as the state’s No. 1 safety and No. 2 overall player from the class of 2025, according to On3.

The four-star recruit has received several Division 1 offers including those from Washington, Nebraska, Oregon, USC, UCLA, Kansas, Arizona, and many more.

Following their landing of fellow four-star recruit in Texas wide receiver Adrian Wilson, Kenny Dillingham and the Sun Devils now secure yet another highly sought-after talent.

Dillard-Allen transferred to Mountain Pointe High School in 2023 and was forced to miss the first five games due to AIA’s transfer rules. Once he got back on the field, the junior showed nothing short of dominance for the Pride.

In six games played this past season, Dillard-Allen finished with 43 tackles, two interceptions, a pick-six, and a forced fumble. He also caught a touchdown on the other side of the ball.

Not only can he play anywhere in the secondary and thrive while doing so, but Dillard-Allen is as athletic as any defensive back in the state. He clocked in at a 4.29 40-yard dash.

He now has an oppurtunity to play a full season at Mountain Pointe and help fuel one of the most talented high school defenses in all of Arizona.

Dillard-Allen is set to remain in the Valley and attempt to bring a winning culture to ASU in the Big 12.
