Karlos May is stacking up SEC offers ahead of his junior season.
May attends Ramsay High School in Birmingham, Alabama, and he is a member of the 2027 recruiting class. He holds recent offers from Georgia, Oklahoma and South Carolina to go along with previous offers from Auburn, Georgia Tech, Ole Miss and others.
“It really means a lot to have my recruitment taking off the way it is,” May said. “I am extremely blessed.”
Georgia is one of May’s more recent offers. The reputation the program has earned under Kirby Smart stands out to the 2027 recruit.
“I absolutely love Georgia based on their rich history of success, player development, NFL draft picks and the environment up there,” May said. “It’s an overall great place to be.”
Auburn offered May in September of 2024. The Birmingham product is very interested in the Tigers and wants to visit again soon.
“Auburn is a great school, great culture and great coaching staff,” May told Touchdown Alabama. “I love it up there. I can’t wait to get back.”
The Alabama Crimson Tide have not offered May yet, but he would love to hold an offer from them. An opportunity to suit up in the crimson and white is something May feels every kid would love to have.
“An offer from Alabama being from Alabama would mean a lot to me because Alabama is a school every kid would want to go to,” said May. “Just being able to show kids younger than me that it’s possible means the world to me.”
At 6-foot-4 and 305 pounds, May is disruptive in the interior of the Ramsay defensive line with an explosive first step. He is effective at splitting double teams and flashes the ability to turn and run to get after the football.
