It didn’t take long for Coach Prime to make another splash. On Sunday, the Colorado Buffaloes added a major weapon to their offense with the commitment of 6-foot-5 wide receiver Sincere Brown, one of the most productive wideouts in the FCS last season.
Brown transfers to Colorado after a standout 2024 campaign at Campbell University, where he caught 61 passes for 1,028 yards and set a school record with 12 touchdowns. A first-team All-CAA selection, Brown led the Camels in every major receiving category and quickly became one of the most coveted players in the portal. With a 16.9 yards-per-catch average and 8.6 yards after the catch per reception, Brown brings both vertical explosiveness and physicality to a Colorado offense that needs both.

The Buffs are reloading after losing four NFL-caliber receivers, including LaJohntay Wester and Travis Hunter. Brown offers a much-needed outside presence, boasting eight contested catches on 21 targets last year, according to Pro Football Focus. With one year of eligibility left, he’s ready to contribute immediately and figures to be a top option in a new-look Colorado passing attack.
“Coach Prime is building something real in Boulder,” Brown told On3. “I want to be part of that.” His combination of size, speed, and experience should allow him to make an instant impact in the Buffaloes’ offense, and his arrival signals that Colorado isn’t just rebuilding — they’re reloading with serious intent.
With Brown now officially on board, all eyes turn to Boulder for the spring game. Expect him to turn heads early. If Coach Prime can continue attracting this level of talent, the Buffs could be a team no one wants to line up against this fall.
