Shilo Sanders recently gave fans an unexpectedly candid look into where he stands mentally during his NFL journey. And now a motivational post from his father, Deion Sanders, has sparked conversation online. A few days ago, Shilo opened up about stepping away from NFL training and the emotional toll of preparing for his football career.

Speaking honestly about his mindset, the former Colorado safety admitted he has been struggling to stay motivated amid uncertainty about his future.

“I just be like working out like just as a human, but training and stuff, you know, like getting ready, and you have a set day, like camp starts, like a whole different type of training,” Shilo said. “It takes a special kind of guy to see the light at the end of the tunnel… and I don’t think there’s any light in my tunnel.”

While Deion Sanders did not directly mention Shilo in the post, the timing naturally fueled speculation online. Not to mention, Coach Prime is known for his cryptic social media posts. Some fans viewed it as encouragement directed toward his son, while others saw it as a broader life message consistent with the motivational tone Coach Prime often shares publicly.
