Deion Sanders gave every Colorado player a gift after comments from Colorado State coach

Colorado State head coach Jay Norvell dished out some really lame and cringe-worthy trash talk this week when he criticized Colorado head coach Deion Sanders for not removing his hat and sunglasses when talking to people.

Those comments, bizarre as they were, did not sit well with Sanders, who immediately started using them as additional fuel for Saturday's rivalry game against the Rams.

Not only did Sanders publicly respond and talk about how Norvell made the game personal, but he also took another subtle jab at Norvell on Friday when he handed out his own line of sunglasses (that he has through Blenders) to every Colorado football player ahead of Saturdays' game.

"They messed around and made it personal," said Sanders to his team. "I just want to say how y'all look. You look good. You look fly. ... They don't realize that they also just helped me with business. But it's also going to be personal."

Colorado is already the biggest story in college football this season under Sanders, racing out to an impressive 2-0 start that has seen them collect wins over TCU (last year's College Football Playoff runner-up) and long-time rival Nebraska.

The Buffaloes are not only ranked No. 18 in the country, but they are also 23.5 point favorites against Colorado State on Saturday according to Oddschecker. All of this after the program won just a single game a year ago.

The Buffaloes almost certainly did not need any extra motivation and were always going to be bringing 100 percent into this game, but Norvell's desire to poke at the bear is probably not going to have a good result for him or the Rams.
