The Panini Senior Bowl—the premier college football all-star showcase—has just announced its inaugural Top 300 watchlist, spotlighting the nation’s best draft-eligible talent. This year’s selection marks a more exclusive mix, trimmed down from last year’s 850-player watchlist to just 300 elite prospects. The honor highlights how closely valued these players are by NFL scouts.

Making the cut from Oregon are eight Ducks, each earning a nod for their potential, versatility, and promise at the next level:

Oregon’s Eight Entrants in the Senior Bowl Top 300

  • Makhi Hughes, RB – Oregon
  • Evan Stewart, WR – Oregon
  • Emmanuel Pregnon, OL – Oregon
  • Isaiah World, OL – Oregon
  • Alex Harkey, OL – Oregon
  • Matayo Uiagalelei , DL – Oregon
  • Bryce Boettcher , LB – Oregon
  • Dillon Thieneman, DB – Oregon

Offensively, the Ducks are well represented with Hughes, Stewart, and the three offensive linemen. Hughes projects to be the Ducks’ leading rusher this season, while Stewart is likely to miss the entire season with a torn patellar tendon. World, Pregonon, and Harkey are three transfers the Ducks acquired this season, and all project as potential NFL starters at the next level.

On the defensive side of the football, the Ducks have representation from all three levels. Uiagalelei is the Ducks' best pass rusher and will be one of the best in the country this season. Boettcher was the Ducks’ leading tackler last season, and Thieneman is a ball-hawking safety who can make plays sideline to sideline.

Being on the Top 300 list is more than a preseason accolade—it’s a clear signal that these prospects are among the top in college football entering the 2026 draft cycle. The selection process, driven by former NFL scouts, involved analyzing over 2,000 prospects, ultimately spotlighting those deemed “Best of the Best” at this stage.

Oregon’s representation in the Senior Bowl Top 300 is a testament to the program’s depth and the quality of its draft-eligible players in 2025. With talent across offense and defense, these eight Ducks are well-positioned to make waves in college this season and beyond.
