The Florida Gators are in a great spot when it comes to recruiting. They landed four-star edge rusher K.J. Ford to shore up their defensive line after missing out on a multitude of prospects. Their momentum continued on Saturday afternoon, as they landed four-star tight end Heze Kent.

This is a big land for the Gators both figuratively and literally. At 6'7 and over 300 lbs, Kent right now is viewed as a tight end by the Gators, but when you watch his film, it's wild watching him move as a tight end.

A lot of people believe that Kent is going to be a future offensive tackle due to his sheer size. That could end up being the case for the Gators down the line, but he will get going at tight end to start.
With the commitment of Kent, the Gators now have 18 players committed and have vaulted up three spot in the On3 Sports' recruitment rankings, and are now up to fifth in the SEC. The entire class below is loaded with talent.
