A former Tennessee Vols defensive back is reportedly set to visit the LSU Tigers this upcoming week.

247Sports' Matt Zenitz reported this weekend that former Vols safety Wesley Walker will check out Baton Rouge this upcoming week after already visiting USC and Michigan.

Walker, who started his college career at Georgia Tech before transferring to Tennessee ahead of the 2022 season, initially transferred to Louisville this offseason, along with former Vols defensive lineman Tyler Baron. Walker re-entered the NCAA transfer portal after spring practice.

Baron, who is Walker's stepbrother, also re-entered the transfer portal after spring practice.

LSU could be an interesting destination for Walker -- especially if Baron comes along as a package deal.

The Tigers are in need of defensive help, specifically along their defensive line (which is where Baron would help), so it would make sense for the duo to head to Baton Rouge.

Walker totaled 89 tackles, 9 tackles for loss, two sacks, and one interception during his two seasons with the Volunteers.
