The Georgia Bulldogs and quarterback Gunner Stockton are 10-1 with an upcoming matchup against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. They're on a seven-game winning streak and looking to cap the regular season off with a win.
Much of the team's success can be credited to Stockton. In his first year as a starter, he's completed 220-of-308 passes for 2,465 yards, 19 touchdowns and four interceptions. He's also rushed for 361 yards and eight touchdowns on 88 carries.
Going into Week 14, the Bulldogs' national championship hopes are alive and well. ESPN's FPI gives Georgia a 29.7% chance to win the SEC and a 98.3% chance of making the College Football Playoff.
Being the starting quarterback for Georgia has its perks, and Stockton has taken full advantage. This season, he's revealed several Name, Image and Likeness deals. That includes companies such as HEYDUDE, CAVA, Onward Reserve, as well as Dr Pepper and Whataburger.
On Tuesday, in a video that also features Oregon Ducks quarterback Dante Moore, Stockton announced a new NIL partnership with eBay
"ebay Live — take your shot. Head to eBay Live for all the game-changing finds," he wrote in an Instagram post.
On3 estimates Stockton's NIL valuation to be at $1.4 million, which is tied for the 37th highest in college football. He's one of just two players on the Bulldogs with a valuation of at least $1 million, joined by wide receiver Zachariah Branch ($1 million).
With one more year of eligibility remaining, it's unclear if he will return to Georgia or declare for the 2026 NFL Draft. With that being a future decision, he continues to capitalize on his popularity with these NIL deals.
With this announcement out of the way, Stockton and the Bulldogs prepare for their Week 14 matchup with Georgia Tech. At 9-2, the Yellow Jackets are very much in the College Football Playoff race. A win over Georgia would be a big boost in the right direction.
However, ESPN's matchup predictor gives the Bulldogs an 87% chance of winning. It's a neutral site match-up with kickoff scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, airing on ABC.
