After spending the last three seasons with the Ole Miss Rebels, quarterback Jaxson Dart is gearing up for his final college football game at the Senior Bowl on Saturday.
This is a significant moment for Dart, as it marks his last game before entering the NFL draft. This week has been pivotal for many prospects, with crucial moments both in meetings and on the field during drills. Dart, in particular, has received a lot of positive feedback, and some experts believe his stock may be rising as the draft draws closer.
During his time in college, Dart tallied an impressive 11,970 passing yards, 81 touchdowns, and just 27 interceptions, boasting a 158.7 passer rating over the course of his career. Now, he's making a case to be one of the top quarterbacks selected in April's draft.

While Dart's impressive stats and performances at the Senior Bowl have caught the attention of scouts, his off-field qualities have also stood out.
Amid all the attention surrounding his football talent, Dart's academic achievements have also come to the forefront. On track to graduate from Ole Miss in May 2025, he has maintained an impressive 3.71 GPA in general business.
Dart has earned a spot on the Chancellor's Honor Roll twice during his time at the university and was named a finalist for the William V. Campbell Trophy, which recognizes student-athletes for their academic excellence.

Following the team's final home game of the season in November, knowing his career with the program was coming to a close, Dart and head coach Lane Kiffin shared a heartfelt moment. After the game, Kiffin couldn’t help but rave about Dart’s character, both as a person and as a player.
"The quarterback, you know, he’s just — he’s awesome. There’s a way you want your son to be, that’s what you want to have,” Kiffin said. “Complete team player. Doesn’t care about stats, anything. His emotion at the end of the game. Just tried to help him keep it together. Because he cares, man. He cares about this team, he cares about this university."
