At the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine, Colorado Buffaloes wide receiver Jimmy Horn opened up about his experiences with two key figures in his football journey: quarterback Shedeur Sanders and head coach Deion “Coach Prime” Sanders.
Horn emphasized the close bond he shares with Shedeur, highlighting their shared commitment to improving both on and off the field. “I’m pretty sure Shedeur think like that too. It’s real important, it’s a lot of ups and downs that come with the game, people love you, people hate you,” Horn explained. “And it’s just how you feel about yourself. Can’t nobody tell you about yourself more than you know yourself.” Horn praised Sanders’ leadership, saying the quarterback was always there to lend a hand—whether it was breaking down film or offering guidance away from the field. This strong team chemistry helped fuel the Buffaloes’ successful 2024 season.
