Head coach Kalen DeBoer and the Alabama Crimson Tide (5-1, 3-0 SEC) have gotten off to a phenomenal start to their 2025 season. After an upset loss in their season opener to the Florida State Seminoles, the Crimson Tide have rattled off five consecutive victories, including three straight wins over the Georgia Bulldogs, Vanderbilt Commodores and Missouri Tigers.

Through his first season and a half as Alabama's coach, DeBoer is 14-5, as he tries to fill the void left by legendary head coach Nick Saban. After a disappointing 9-4 record in 2024, DeBoer and his team are off to a better first half in 2025.

This Saturday, the Crimson Tide will face another tough test, as they host the No. 11 Tennessee Volunteers (5-1, 2-1 SEC).

While Alabama's work on the field has caught the eye of college football fans around the country, the same can be said about DeBoer's outfit selections. DeBoer's "black hoodie of death" has drawn attention from fans, who have noticed that the Crimson Tide play well when he wears it on the sidelines.

ESPN reporter David Burns noted that Alabama is 13-2 during DeBoer's tenure when he wears the black hoodie with "Alabama" written across the chest. This infamous hoodie-shirt is the Nike 2024 Sideline Dri-Fit long sleeve hoodie T-shirt from Fanatics.

On Friday, it was found that the "black hoodie of death" is sold out on Fanatics' website, according to USA Today reporter Trisha Easto.

While Crimson Tide fans cannot currently get their hands on the incredibly successful hoodie-shirt, there's no doubt DeBoer will be donning it on the sidelines against Tennessee on Saturday.

Alabama will take on the Volunteers at Bryant-Denny Stadium at 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, which will air on ABC.
