LSU linebacker Whit Weeks, who happens to be dating the daughter of Lane Kiffin, has decided if he'll return to the Tigers for the 2026 season.

During the first month of the 2025 college football season, Weeks hard-launched his relationship with Landry Kiffin. Once it was revealed that Lane Kiffin would be LSU's new head coach, fans started speculating about Weeks' future in Baton Rouge.

Although he could've gone pro this spring, Weeks has opted to return to LSU for the 2026 season. He shared his final decision on Instagram this Thursday.

"College is too much fun to leave, and there is no better place in the country to be right now than Baton Rouge, Louisiana," Weeks wrote. "All I want to do is ball in the purple and gold. See you in September."

Weeks has racked up 198 tackles, five sacks, two forced fumbles and an interception over the course of his LSU career. We'd have to imagine Kiffin will ask him to lead the linebacker room next fall.

Will Landry Kiffin be at LSU?

Kiffin's daughter is currently a sophomore at Ole Miss. Judging by her social media activity, she has enjoyed her time in Oxford.

When Kiffin accepted the LSU job, his daughter fired back at his critics on TikTok. She posted a video of herself on TikTok along with the caption: “Wish I could be as creative as angry football fans."

Landry also liked this comment on her post: “I’m sorry but if someone offered me 90M… BOY BYE.”

It's still unclear if Landry will transfer to LSU for the 2026-27 academic year. Obviously, it wouldn't surprise us if she did.

For now, Landry and Whit appear to be enjoying a vacation in the Bahamas.
