LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels honored team captain and Tigers safety Greg Brooks Jr. on Saturday while wearing a "Pray For Greg Brooks Jr." shirt.
Daniels wore the shirt during team warmups as well as the postgame press conference.
Brooks, a second-year Tiger who transferred to Baton Rouge after three years with the Arkansas Razorbacks, had emergency surgery last Friday in order to remove a "large brain tumor".
The news sent shockwaves across college football with "#PrayFor3" trending on social media once news broke.
On Saturday, both LSU and Arkansas wore No. 3 patches on their helmets to honor Brooks as he continues his recovery process.
