LSU vs. Oklahoma odds: Opening point spread released

Saturday’s regular season finale will be the fourth time in history that LSU and Oklahoma will meet in a college football game. However, it’s the first time that the two programs will meet in Norman.

Last season was Oklahoma’s first in the SEC, meaning these teams will be seeing a lot of each other in the coming years. The Tigers bested the Sooners 37-17 during the final game of the 2024 regular season.

The loss saw OU drop to 2-6 in conference play during their first season in the conference. That’s not the case this season, as the Sooners has wins over Michigan, Tennessee and Alabama this season and has been ranked every week of the season in both the AP Poll and College Football Playoff rankings, including three weeks ranked within the top 10.

Meanwhile, LSU hasn’t had the season many expected the Tigers to have. At one point, the Tigers had CFP aspirations and now, they’re in the midst of a coaching search after firing former head coach Brian Kelly last month after three and a half seasons.
