LSU's Travez Moore shares coronavirus warning after personal experience

LSU linebacker Travez Moore took to Twitter to offer a warning to peers and others who may not be taking the coronavirus seriously during preparations for the 10-game, conference-only SEC football season.

The senior tweeted about his experience with the virus on Tuesday.

Moore also hit out at a user seemingly more concerned about the upcoming football campaign than the player's health.

Reports surfaced on June 20 that "30 or more" LSU players were placed in quarantine after some were exposed to infected individuals. Not all of those players necessarily returned positive coronavirus tests.

Over the weekend, LSU linebacker Soni Fonua criticized the protective face mask added to player helmets to help prevent the spread of the virus and other germs.
