The Michigan Wolverines are heading into the offseason with a number of questions to answer following one of the most disappointing records in recent memory.
In Sherrone Moore's first year as the team's head coach, the Wolverines finished the season with an 8-5 record and a 5-4 mark in Big Ten play.
Following the season, a couple of players announced their intentions to enter the 2025 NFL Draft, including defensive back Will Johnson and defensive lineman Mason Graham.
While they have lost a couple of key contributors on the defensive end, a recent announcement by 247Sports' Matt Zenitz revealed that starting safety Rod Moore will forgo the draft and return to Michigan.

Moore missed the 2024 college football season due to an ACL injury he suffered during spring practice.
During the 2023 college football season, when Moore helped lead the Wolverines to a national title, he posted two interceptions and three pass deflections to go along with 38 tackles.
In his four-year career with the Wolverines, from 2021 to 2024, Moore recorded half a sack, six interceptions, seven pass deflections and 142 tackles.
Moore committed to Michigan as a three-star prospect, ranked as the No. 40 safety and No. 506 overall player in the class of 2021, per 247Sports.
