The No. 23 Missouri Tigers capped off the 2024 season with a 27-24 win over Iowa in the Music City Bowl. Missouri received some unfortunate transfer portal news a few days after the game.

On3 Sports reported that cornerback Jaren Sensabaugh plans to enter the transfer portal on Saturday.

The Tigers finished at 10-3 after beating the Hawkeyes. The win total was one shy of tying head coach Eli Drinkwitz's highest of his Missouri tenure. Drinkwitz led Missouri to an 11-2 season in 2023.

Sensabaugh is not the first Missouri defensive back to hit the portal. Missouri has also lost corner Boyd Cheney to the portal.

Sensabaugh was a member of the 2024 class. He was a former four-star prospect and the No. 34 CB in the On3 Industry Rankings. He hailed from Ensworth in Nashville, Tennessee.

Sensabaugh received interest from Tennessee, NC State and Vanderbilt as a recruit.

Sensabaugh found it difficult to find time in the Missouri secondary. Players like Dreyden Norwood, Toriano Pride Jr., Marvin Burks and Tre'Vez Johnson took up most of the minutes.

Missouri has lost 14 players to the transfer portal since it opened on Dec. 9. Significant portal losses for the Tigers include edge rusher Williams Nwaneri, receiver Courtney Crutchfield, running back Kewan Lacy and edge rusher Jaylen Brown.

Significant additions have been made through the portal as well. Missouri's best additions include former Mississippi State wideout Kevin Coleman, former West Virginia linebacker Josiah Trotter and former Penn State quarterback Beau Pribula.

Missouri started the year at 4-0 before losing its first game of the season to Texas A&M 41-10. The Tigers rebounded and won their next two games before losing to Alabama 34-0.

Missouri won its following before South Carolina handed the Tigers their third loss of the season by a score of 34-30. Missouri won its final two games to finish the regular season at 9-3.
