Entering the 2025 college football season, the Ohio State Buckeyes had a quarterback battle between two sophomores, Lincoln Kienholz and Julian Sayin. Before Week 1, Sayin was named the Ohio State starter, and so far, the Carlsbad, California, product has looked excellent.
Through two games, Sayin has thrown for 432 yards with five touchdowns and one interception to lead Ohio State to wins over Texas and Grambling.
Sayin even outdueling Arch manning in Week 1 in a 14-7 win over Texas in Columbus, so there is plenty of excitement regarding the Buckeyes' new QB1.
On Wednesday, Sayin announced some big news on the NIL front with a new deal.
"Living at Thrive puts me close to everything I need. Looking for an apartment in Columbus? Explore thrivescos.com for options and availability," Sayin wrote on an Instagram post.
Sayin's new deal is with Thrive, a housing community with numerous complexes in the Columbus, Ohio area.
Sayin went on a mini-tour of the complex, showing off the park views, sunlight and pool in the video posted on Instagram. It even shows a restaurant and gym as he gives the tour around one of the Thrive communities in Columbus.
In 2024, Sayin inked an NIL deal with Panini America, and he was originally an Alabama commit before transferring and ending up at Ohio State.
The Ohio State quarterback's NIL valuation is at $1.1 million entering September, according to On3.
