After shocking the nation and flipping his commitment to Texas A&M, five star wide receiver Jerome Myles is set to have a breakout season.
Although the Aggies’ 2025 recruiting class has not been making as much noise as the 26’ class, Texas A&M will be adding two key five star recruits to their offense next season. Due to the Aggies’ veteran offensive line returning nearly every starter from the 2024 season, five star OL recruit Lamont Rogers likely won’t see a ton of playing time this season, but completely has the talent to fight and compete his way to a starting role. The Aggies will more than likely feel Rogers' impact during the 2026 season.
Myles, a Utah native, should expect to impact the Aggies offense right away, as his big play ability and route running skills should fit in nicely under Collin Klein's offensive style. Over his last three seasons at Corner Canyon high school, Myles recorded 1,431 receiving yards along with 18 touchdowns. The 6’3”, 215 pound wide receiver decided to sign with Texas A&M after a surprising turn of events when he decommitted from USC in early December. With the departure of Texas Tech WR Micah Hudson, Jerome Myles will almost certainly find a spot in the starting lineup barring any setbacks.
Although the former USC commit has not appeared in any spring games thus far, his size, speed, and playmaking ability in the past has given the 12th man something to look forward to this fall.
