The 2024 All-Senior Bowl team
Vasha Hunt-USA TODAY Sports

The 2024 Senior Bowl practice week has come to a close.

This week has been huge for multiple players as they look to catch the eye of NFL decision-makers.

And now that we've seen them in action all week, below is who I have as the All-Senior Bowl team at each position.

All-Senior Bowl Team

Offense

QB: Michael Penix Jr., Washington

Honestly, it was a rough week for all the QBs in Mobile, Alabama. A few guys had some high moments, but all struggled throughout. I think Michael Penix Jr., out of Washington, looked the most talented and was the most consistent of the bunch.

RB: Dylan Laube, New Hampshire

Picking an RB was pretty easy for me; New Hampshire RB Dylan Laube impressed me throughout the week. The FCS RB showed how explosive he can be and cemented himself as one of the top dual-threat RBs in this class.

WR: Roman Wilson, Michigan

WR: Ricky Pearsall, Florida

WR: Brenden Rice, USC

Roman Wilson, out of Michigan, was the big winner for the week, but the WR spot had multiple solid options to include here. After Wilson, my next two WRs go to Ricky Pearsall out of Florida and Brenden Rice out of USC. Both Pearsall and Rice were great during one-on-ones and team drills. Pearsall, similar to Wilson, was creating a lot of separation with his route running, and Rice showed off how reliable his hands are with some tough catches.

TE: Ben Sinnott, Kansas State

When it comes to the TEs, I think multiple had high moments this week, but similar to QB, I went with who I believe was the most consistent throughout the week, which was Kansas State's Ben Sinnott. He showed solid ability as both a blocker and a receiver, and I think he proved he can be a reliable option.

OT: Kingsley Suamataia, BYU

OT: Taliese Fuaga, Oregon State

OG: Christian Hayes, UConn

OG: Dominick Puni, Kansas

OC: Jackson Powers-Johnson, Oregon

There have been multiple standout offensive linemen this week, so making a starting five is one of the most difficult challenges for this list. Above, you will find the five linemen I believe have stood out the most to earn this accolade. I think this group stood out above the rest in terms of their strength throughout the week. I don't believe any of this group let the defensive line push them around during individual work, and also, all excelled when being asked to actually line up and produce for team drills.

Defense

Edge: Laiatu Latu, UCLA

Edge: Austin Booker, Kansas

When it comes to edge rushers, I believe the two most disruptive edge rushers have been UCLA's Laiatu Latu and Kansas' Austin Booker. Latu started out slow on day one, which is normal. But on day two, he was unstoppable and had most likely the most dominant individual performance of any player on a single day at the Senior Bowl. He was wrecking every one-on-one assignment and, during team drills, made his presence known consistently. A shocker for me on the week was Booker, who consistently stacked good days and ended with his best day on Thursday.

IDL: T'Vondre Sweat, Texas

IDL: Darius Robinson, Missouri

T'Vondre Sweat was one of the biggest Individual winners of the week as he stacked three incredible days of dominant performances. Sweat showed his balance of strength and speed, and the word around the Senior Bowl is that he likely put himself in the discussion to be a first-round pick. My second selection for the interior defensive line is Missouri's Darius Robinson, who spent time as both an edge and on the interior. I feel like he was lethal when asked to line up as a three-tech, which is the spot I would line him up at the pro level.

LB: Payton Wilson, N.C. State

LB: JD Bertrand, Notre Dame

LB was another spot with multiple solid options. I picked North Carolina State's Payton Wilson and Notre Dame's JD Bertrand. Both had a solid balance of impact in coverage and ability in the run game this week. I think Payton Wilson helped to make his argument for the top LB spot for the 2024 draft class. Meanwhile, JD Bertrand out of Notre Dame surprised me this week with his consistency throughout the week.

S: Kitan Oladapo, Oregon State

S: Cole Bishop, Utah

One of my favorite positions of the week was safety. That position had a ton of talent, which made this selection hard. I think Oregon State's Kitan Oladapo showed his star power throughout the week in both coverage and the run game. And for Utah's Cole Bishop, I feel like he didn't have a bad day this week; his consistency deserves to be rewarded, and I think he improved his draft stock.

CB: Quinyon Mitchell, Toledo

CB: Cam Hart, Notre Dame

CB: Jarvis Brownlee Jr., Louisville

Similar to S, there were so many standout performers that picking only three was super difficult. But in the end, I went with Toledo's QUnyon Mitchell, Notre Dame's Cam Hart, and Louisville's Jarvis Brownlee Jr. Mitchell seemed to have cemented himself as a first-round pick with his strong play. The surprise of the week for me was Hart, who dominated one-on-ones all week long, showing off his ability in both man and zone coverages. Last but not least is Brownlee Jr., who wasn't a huge contributor on day one but caught fire for the final two practices and was making plays on the ball nonstop.
