The 'SEC passing leaders' quiz

The No. 10 Miami Hurricanes and No. 6 Ole Miss Rebels will make their College Football Playoff semifinal debut in the Fiesta Bowl, but Miami QB Carson Beck is familiar with the process.

Beck won back-to-back rings as a backup for the Georgia Bulldogs in 2021 and 2022, but despite leading the SEC in passing in his first campaign as a starter in 2023, was unable to get Georgia past the CFP quarterfinals. .

Now, getting his first chance on this stage as a starter. After somewhat controversially getting into the playoff field, Beck has played clean games  and made plays in important spots behind a defense that has allowed just 17-combined points to lead the Canes to wins over Texas A&M and defending-champion Ohio State. In those two games, he’s combined to go 33-for-46 for just 241 yards but two touchdowns and no interceptions.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Beck’s opponent in the Trinidad Chambliss, who is the latest QB to lead the SEC in passing. With that being said, can you name the quarterback to lead the SEC in passing yards for each season since 1995-96?

Good luck!
