Colorado Buffaloes star and Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter is officially off to the NFL.

Hunter was selected No. 2 overall by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 2025 NFL Draft after the Jaguars traded up with the Cleveland Browns.

Now, the next chapter begins for the former Jackson State star who transferred to Colorado when Deion Sanders was hired there.

On Thursday, the Colorado Buffaloes football X account posted a video with Hunter in it as he was at graduation.

Hunter is graduating with a degree in Anthropology as he now focuses on his NFL career, one that will be fun to watch for the two-way star.

After the video was posted, ESPN's Adam Rittenberg revealed a well-kept secret regarding Hunter's academic profile.

"Something that doesn't get talked about nearly enough: Travis Hunter was a two-time first-team academic All-American. Really impressive college career in multiple ways."

Hunter made waves as both a wide receiver and a cornerback, something that is extremely rare in football.

On top of that, he has shown that he is a terrific student in the classroom.

Hunter's GPA made waves during the NFL Draft, and he revealed it during an interview: "I think it's a 3.7 or a 3.9," Hunter stated.

Hunter was also named the Academic All-American of the Year, which is quite the accomplishment, especially for somebody as decorated on the football field as he is.

After the graduation, Hunter plans to report to the Jaguars' rookie minicamp on Friday, so it's a quick turnaround for him.
