USC adds elite WR Dorian Singer to Caleb Williams' 2023 toolbox

USC Trojans quarterback Caleb Williams won the 2022 Heisman Trophy award off the strength of 4,075 yards and 37 passing touchdowns compared to just four interceptions.

Though Williams and the Trojans won't be in the College Football Playoff this season, head coach Lincoln Riley did just land a player on the transfer portal who will help them in their hunt for the CFP next season and beyond.

Dorian Singer, former Arizona star, has announced that he'll be transferring to USC.

This is a massive get for the Trojans and there's good reason to believe that Singer will be a ringer for USC for day one. He's also sure to be a favorite target for Williams as the quarterback looks to repeat his Heisman success and this time take USC to the CFP.

Singer was a second-team All-Pac-12 player this season after notching 66 catches for 1,105 yards and six touchdowns — averaging 16.7 yards per catch.

Several programs found out just how dangerous Singer can be this season. Chief among them were the Trojans, who watched Singer catch seven passes for 141 yards and three touchdowns against them in late October.

If junior wideout Jordan Addison ends up declaring for the 2023 NFL Draft as expected, Singer could end up being the perfect replacement for USC.
