USC on Short List of Visits for 4-Star WR Who Reclassified

The USC Trojans are in play to land a four-star wide receiver talent who'll be skipping a grade.

USC will host Ethan "Boobie" Feaster on June 6, per Chad Simmons of On3 on Sunday. Feaster is no longer representing the 2027 graduating class. He opted to reclassify for the 2026 group during the week of Feb. 10.

Feaster has zeroed in on a top four from his massive list of offers. USC made his final cut alongside Texas, Texas A&M and LSU. But USC and head coach Lincoln Riley hold this advantage over the other three on Feaster's list: The Trojans are currently slated to host him first. The LSU visit is set for June 20, per Simmons.

Feaster stars for DeSoto High in Texas -- a place known for pumping out collegiate gridiron talent. Two-time Super Bowl winner Von Miller is an alumnus. Seattle Seahawks 2024 first rounder Byron Murphy II is another past DeSoto High great.

The 6-foot, 175-pound wideout has starred for DeSoto since his freshman season. He caught nine touchdowns during that campaign. He raised his touchdown total to 13 this past season as a sophomore.

By reclassifying, this means Feaster will play his final year of high school ball in 2025. He'll also become eligible to participate in spring football for 2026 at whichever university he chooses.

Feaster previously told Steve Wiltfong of On3 that he loved the combination of Riley and WR coach Dennis Simmons.

"Him and Lincoln Riley are a dynamic duo from the passing game to the run game. I love their culture for sure. They’re a big cultured school," Feaster said.

There's no set date for when Feaster will announce his college decision.
