Quarterback Ashton Daniels had a solid performance in Stanford's season opener against TCU. He worked well as a dual-threat quarterback and was the team's leader in both passing and rushing yards. Daniels completed 17-35 for 163 yards while also rushing for 89 yards on 17 carries.
