Chris Henry Jr. is embarking on his junior season of high school and has been committed to Ohio State since July of 2023 before he was even a sophomore.
Ranked as the No. 1 player in the class of 2026, according to the 247 Sports composite rankings, it is not hard to see why other programs around the country will continue to pursue Henry.
To give the Buckeyes a bit of a worry, Henry is going to continue to take visits, which opens the door for him to be an eventual possible flip. In the month of July, Henry is set to take visits to Oregon and LSU.

Henry has been adamant that the Buckeyes are still the school he is committed to and that there is nothing to worry about. Henry transferred from Withrow High School in Cincinnati to Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California where he will play his junior season.
The 6-foot-5 son of the late NFL player Chris Henry has offers to every major contender around the country but the Buckeyes and Brian Hartline were able to get the early commitment from him. Now, it is about holding onto that commitment and that is easier said than done now more than ever.
Henry is currently the only player committed to play for the Buckeyes in the class of 2026, as they work to put their finishing touches on the class of 2025.
