ICC fines Suryakumar Yadav for Pahalgam comment

Team India skipper Suryakumar Yadav has been fined 30 percent of his match fee for to his Pahalgam comments after the Men in Blue’s win over Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2025. According to PTI, the governing body of international cricket found Suryakumar guilty of breaking ruled and regulations during the contest on September 14 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Yadav had dedicated the victory to Indian Armed Forces and showed solidarity with the families of the victims of the Pahalgam terror attack. Pakistan lodged a complaint against the T20I skipper and match referee Richie Richardson sanctioned the Indian player.
