LaGrange Cricket holdings of the United States has unveiled plans for a state-of-the-art 10,500-seater cricket stadium located in LaGrange, Georgia, about 50 minutes south of Atlanta. The development is a major leap for cricket infrastructure in the Southeast, and it shall be the first privately-owned cricket stadium in the country, signaling a new chapter in America's growing cricket landscape.
In the last couple of years, cricket has grown very fast in the United States. The breakthrough of Major League Cricket and Minor League Cricket has triggered major investments and serious interest in the game. Building on that momentum, Keval Patel, CEO and President of LaGrange Cricket Holdings, has taken a bold step to bring world-class cricket to Georgia.
The LaGrange Cricket Stadium currently under development is envisioned as something more: a multipurpose entertainment complex that can host international fixtures, domestic league matches, concerts, and large-format community events.

The stadium will be built on a 45-acre site along the I-85 corridor with 10,500 permanent seats that can be expanded to 25,000 for major international events. Designed by Atlanta-based TVS Design-the same design firm behind Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Mumbai's Jio World Centre-the $50 million stadium will anchor a $100 million mixed-use development called Sola, complete with hotels, restaurants, and retail spaces.
The architecture is oriented toward fan engagement, with an intimate bowl that pulls spectators close to the field, a cantilevered roof canopy above for shade, and modular stands that can be configured for different events.
With its proximity to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Georgia's mild climate, the ICC-compliant facilities at the venue could make it a prime host for future international tournaments, including potential Cricket World Cup matches and cementing Georgia as a new home for American cricket.
