Mithun Manhas is the new president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). He was elected in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Mumbai on Sunday, September 28. Mithun was elected unopposed and he is the third consecutive player after veterans Sourav Ganguly and Roger Binny to head the Indian Cricket Board.

He replaces Roger Binny and has a task of taking the Indian cricket forward. The 45-year-old was the Director of Cricket for the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association in the past.
