Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) grabbed the spotlight recently, both on the field and in the business world. The franchise became the most valuable in IPL history after a consortium led by the Aditya Birla Group (ABG) purchased it from United Spirits Limited for an eye-watering USD 1.78 billion (approximately Rs16,706 crore).
RCB also spectacularly began their IPL 2026 campaign, chasing down a massive 202-run target set by Sunrisers Hyderabad in just 15.4 overs, the fastest anyone has ever chased a 200-plus total in IPL history.
