Sunrisers Hyderabad put up a collective team effort with a late cameo from Salil Arora, having Heinrich Klassen by his side, as they defeated MI by 6 wickets. This will be SRH's fourth win in a row as they made a record of the fourth successful run chase in the IPL's history.
Earlier, Punjab Kings chased down 265 runs against Delhi Capitals a few days back. And now SRH made their way to the history books yet again.

Electing to bat first, Mumbai Indians piled up a formidable 243/5 in their 20 overs, scoring at an imposing run rate of 12.15. The innings was headlined by a breathtaking unbeaten 123 off 55 balls from Ryan Rickelton, who smashed 10 fours and 8 sixes at a strike rate of 223.63. Will Jacks provided early impetus with 46 off 22, adding 93 runs for the opening wicket in just 7.1 overs.
Despite quick dismissals of Suryakumar Yadav (5) and Naman Dhir (22), the momentum never dipped. Captain Hardik Pandya struck 31 off 15, maintaining a strike rate above 200, while Tilak Varma chipped in with a brisk 7 off 5.
Among the bowlers, Praful Hinge (2/54) and Eshan Malinga (1/29) picked up wickets, but struggled to contain the flow of runs as Mumbai dominated throughout.

Travis Head led the charge with a blistering 76 off 30 balls, striking at 253.33 with 8 sixes, while Abhishek Sharma set the tone early with 45 off 24.
After a brief wobble at 133/3, Heinrich Klaasen anchored the chase with an unbeaten 65 off 30 (SR 216.66), finding support from Salil Arora, who smashed 30* off just 10 balls at a strike rate of 300. Nitish Kumar Reddy added 21 off 17 in the middle phase.
With the ball, AM Ghazanfar claimed 2/51, while Hardik Pandya and Trent Boult took a wicket each. Notably, this victory also marked Sunrisers Hyderabad registering their 1000th IPL win milestone.
