At just 21 years of age, Beau Greaves has firmly established herself as the top female player in world darts. A three-time WDF World Champion, the English sensation continues to dominate wherever she plays — and talk is growing louder about a return to the PDC World Darts Championship.

Greaves has previously competed at Ally Pally but turned down recent invitations to the PDC’s showpiece event. The current system allows a limited number of women to qualify each year, but unlike the WDF — which still holds separate men’s and women’s World Championships — the PDC runs a single, integrated tournament.

That hasn't stopped Greaves from making a huge impact across the wider PDC circuit. In 2025 alone, she has picked up titles on both the Development Tour and Challenge Tour, and she currently holds a commanding lead at the top of the PDC Women’s Series Order of Merit.

“I seem to win and win — I’ve won loads of stuff and achieved things no other woman has,” Greaves said recently in conversation with Online Darts. “But I don't feel like I’m that important, really. It's more that other people are always talking about me.”

Despite the outside attention, she says her mindset is now more settled. “At the same time, I do know what I want,” she explained. “I used to want everything straight away — instantly — but things take time, don’t they? I’m still only 21, even though it feels like I’ve been doing this forever.”

That growing maturity is starting to shape her thinking about the future — including potentially stepping back onto the Alexandra Palace stage. “I think now I'm finally ready to push myself a bit more,” she said. “I know I’ll face setbacks, but I’m OK with that — I just want to still enjoy it. That’s the biggest thing. The second I stop enjoying it, that’s when I struggle.”

“For me, if I’m not enjoying it, I don’t want to be there,” she continued. “I don’t want to go away from home. You know what I mean? I’m a bit of a homebird.”

And as for what comes next? “Yeah… decisions like that are tough. But I’m getting there.”
