Double Japanese success Thursday at the Ulaanbaatar Open in Mongolia. This WDF bronze tournament was won by Yuta Hayashi in the men's event, and Mikuru Suzuki was the strongest in the women's event.

In the men's event, Hayashi was able to win over Odkhuu Khundaganai (4-1), Christian Perez (4-2), Nandin-Od Batzorig (4-1) and Haruki Muramatsu (5-3). In the final against Muramatsu, Hayashi threw a 13-darter and a 102 finish. His average ended up at 90.07.

Suzuki convincingly defeated compatriots Mayumi Ouchi (4-0) and Yukie Sakaguchi (4-0) to reach the final four. The Miracle then fought past compatriot Mayu Shimizu (4-3), after which Suzuki scored a resounding 4-0 victory over Momoka Hayashi in the final. Then another WDF tournament will be played with the Mongolian Open.
