Throughout music history, artists have always mentioned certain brands in their songs. Whether it was to highlight their lavish lifestyle or a metaphor that drives the song's message home, name-dropping has always held a special place in music. 

From luxury high fashion to fast cars, here is a list of tracks titled after brand names.

Nowadays, we see artists partner with brands all the time, but it was hip-hop group Run-DMC that landed the first endorsement deal with an athletic company back in 1986. Thanks to their hit song “My Adidas,” executives took notice that Run-DMC fans were rocking their shoes at concerts too, which ultimately led them to partner with each other.

One thing that is constant in Rick Ross’ music is that he’s the type of rapper who always makes listeners want to live a more lavish lifestyle. It was no different in 2010 when he teamed up with Chrisette Michele and Drake on their hit song “Aston Martin Music.” It’s the perfect song to listen to on a drive, as Michele sings on the hook, “Riding to the music, this is how we do it all night / Breezing down the freeway, just me and my baby, in our ride / Just me and my boss, no worries at all / Listening to the Aston Martin Music.”

In 2024, Beyoncé gave fans a country album titled Cowboy Carter, and it featured her Post Malone-assisted single “Levii’s Jeans.” With an ode to the denim retailer Levi’s Strauss & Co., Beyoncé uses the retailer’s dungarees as a metaphor to describe how she wants to be wrapped in love by her partner. As she sings on the hook, “You call me pretty little thing / And I love to turn him on / Boy, I'll let you be my Levi's jeans.”

In 2002, rapper Nelly had everyone running to the shopping malls to cop the hottest sneakers thanks to his single “Air Force Ones.” It’s the type of song that made listeners have a case of FOMO if they didn’t have a pair. As he says on the hook, “(I said) give me two pairs / (Cause) I need two pairs / (So I) can get to stompin' in my Air Force Ones.”
