Kylie Jenner confirms she and Travis Scott are expecting another baby

The emotional and touching footage begins with a close-up of the positive pregnancy test before Scott is seen hugging Jenner around the waist. The duo take their three-year-old daughter, Stormi, along with them to an OBGYN appointment. "Honestly, you're days away, a couple of days away, from a heartbeat," the unseen doctor says, and Jenner begins laughing while Scott beams.

Stormi presents Kris Jenner, the world's most powerful matriarch, with sonogram photos. "Stormi, we're gonna have a baby!" the 65-year-old mother of six and grandmother of 10 says through tears. "This is one of the happiest days of my life!"

We're pivoted to Jenner's bare growing belly and then to Jenner's birthday celebration—she turned 24 on Aug. 10—before returning to the OBGYN's office where a strong heartbeat can be heard. The video ends with Stormi kissing Jenner's belly and smiling ear to ear.
