The Wheel of Time season two introduced Elayne Trakand, Daughter-Heir of Andor. She came to the White Tower to study, as is tradition for future rulers of Andor. While there, she got so much more than she bargained for. In studying to be an Aes Sedai, she met Egwene and Nynaeve and encountered a member of the Black Ajah. Then she broke all kinds of rules to save Egwene from the Seanchan. In The Wheel of Time season three, we’ll meet the rest of Andor’s royal family. Prime Video announced casting for the Andor royals on Wednesday morning. Joining Ceara Coveney (who plays Elayne) are: Olivia Williams (Queen Morgase Trakand), Luke Fetherston (Lord Gawyn), Callum Kerr (Lord Galad), and Nuno Lopes (Lord Gaebril, Morgase’s advisor).

Without spoilers, these characters all play important roles in Robert Jordan’s books. All of their plots tie into the bigger story of Rand’s path as the Dragon Reborn. Each of their journeys is important in its own rights too. Here are some high-level notes for each of them.
The Wheel of Time season three will premiere on Prime Video on March 13, 2025. From the looks of the trailer, it’s going to be just so chill.
