Paul McCartney is touring North America in 2025

Paul McCartney is a Beatle. He doesn't have to tour. McCartney could just chill and occasionally pop up to do stuff like close the 50th anniversary special of "Saturday Night Live."

Instead, the dude just keeps touring. His "Got Back" tour is returning to the United Sates. We say "returning," because he's been on this "tour" since 2022. However, in 2023 and 2024 all of his dates occurred outside the United States and Canada. That changes here in 2025, as McCartney is touring the United States and Canada once more.

Some interesting cities in there, to be sure, but they are cities that were not part of the 2022 leg, so it makes sense. Also, why wouldn't Paul McCartney go to Des Moines, Iowa? He's going to cram 17,000 people in the Casey's Center like it's the biggest game in the history of the Iowa Wild.

Atlanta, Chicago, and Montreal are all getting two dates at sizable arenas, and the Denver show is interestingly at Coors Field, so that one at least is outdoors. It also raises a question: Could McCartney, an octogenarian with no sporting history to speak of, viably play baseball better than some members of the extant Colorado Rockies squad? We'll go with "yes."

This will also be McCartney's first time playing in Albuquerque, so that's historical, at least for denizens of New Mexico. Hey, living legends don't live forever. Why not try to see McCartney while you can?
