NEON kicked off the haunting marketing campaign for the new Steven Soderbergh film Presence a few months back with an ominous teaser that lasted under a minute, and we now have the full trailer for the film.

While it does a great job of keeping the mystery NEON's curated, it does give us a more in-depth look at the film than we've seen so far and shows off the unique perspective Soderbergh is playing with.

Written by David Koepp, Presence is told from the point of view of its titular character watching over a family that has moved into their home and stars Lucy Liu, Chris Sullivan, Callina Liang, Eddy Maday, West Mulholland, and Julie Fox.

The official trailer opens with a sinister shot, drifting down the stairs and into the reception room of a grand suburban home before we follow a person back up the stairs and see them in different rooms.

Soderbergh positions us as the spirit, and the voyeuristic scenarios we find ourselves in feel unsettling, even though they are unremarkable, everyday moments, until the final seconds when things start to shift.

Presence is set to hit limited theaters on January 17, 2025, before expanding on January 24.
