‘RHOBH’: Amanda Frances Announces Exit After One Controversial Season

Amanda Frances‘ foray into reality television has come to an end as she announced she will be leaving The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after just one season.

The entrepreneur, who joined the Bravo reality series in Season 15, took to Instagram on Wednesday (August 5) to share the news. “My time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is complete,” Frances wrote alongside a carousel of photos from her time on the show. “Saying yes to this show was one of the boldest, wildest, most clarifying things I’ve ever done. And I am genuinely grateful.”

She continued, “Grateful for the experience. The women. The viewers who saw me, rooted for me, challenged me, quoted me, misunderstood me, defended me, found my work, bought my books, or simply watched me try to explain metaphysics in a room full of diamonds and side-eyes.”

Before joining the RHOB, Frances built an online coaching and personal development company and published the book Rich as F*ck: More Money Than You Know What to Do With (2020). However, during her time on the show, she faced questions from some of her costars about how exactly she became a self-made millionaire.

“I came into this experience with an already-full life,” Frances added in her Instagram post. “And right now, that life is asking for all of me.”

She noted that she will be releasing a “teaching memoir about God, desire, money, personal power, freedom, and becoming the woman you came here to be” on August 18 and will also be “marrying the love of her life” this fall.

“I am mama-ing my babies. I am creating, teaching, building, and continuing the work I have done for over 15 years: Making sure women that they can have it f**king all,” she added.

Frances thanked the show for giving her an “incredible platform,” but said, “A platform is not the same thing as a foundation. And of the greatest gifts of the experience was seeing just how strong my foundation actually is.”

“Every room has something to teach you,” she stated. “Some rooms expand you. Some challenge you. Some misunderstand you. Some show you parts of yourself you couldn’t have seen anywhere else. And some remind you who you already are. Beverly Hills, thank you.”

Frances ended her post saying, “Your next move does not require anyone’s approval. Your evolution does not need a permission slip. And you can be grateful for an opportunity and know when it’s time to leave. And obviously… Say it with me: I win in the end.”
