Taylor Swift’s Final Gesture at Last 'Eras Tour' Performance

It's official. Taylor Swift's "Eras Tour" has now ended.

The third and final night at BC Place in Vancouver marked the final show of what was a five-continent concert series that lasted nearly two years. As expected, it turned out to be an emotional evening all around -- for Swift and her fans.

The "Karma" singer closed out the show after doing her usual surprise mashups at the end of each performance. In one final gesture, Swift took center stage one last time to take a bow. She then called her crew back on stage for all of them to bow in unison before doing one final group hug.

Fans also captured the incredible moment on video, and it has since trended online in the wee hours of Tuesday morning.

It was truly a special way to close out the last show.

It was previously reported that Swift has been "super emotional" towards the end of the "Eras Tour." This comes as no surprise considering how her life has pretty much revolved around the tour over the past couple of years.

Swift has reportedly relied on her boyfriend, Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs, for emotional support in what she considers to be a difficult transition. The three-time Super Bowl champion was unable to attend Sunday's show due to a schedule conflict -- the Chiefs marked their 12th win of the season against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday night -- but he will likely reunite with his girlfriend in the coming days.

Swift has her 35th birthday coming up on Friday, Dec. 13, and Kelce has reportedly already prepared a big surprise for the billionaire pop megastar. Kelce will need to play the role of a supportive boyfriend now more than ever.
